Forged Technology: Unlike cast wheels that are manufactured using a mould and molten aluminum, forged wheels are CNC machined from one solid piece of aluminum. This ensures maximum material density and weight reductions so that the wheel can handle very high levels of mechanical strain on the road.

Two-Piece Assembly: Tow-Piece BBS light alloy wheels consist of the rim and wheel centre which are firmly attached to each other with titanium bolts. This is highly advantageous because, should one of the two components be damaged, it can nevertheless be detached and replaced by an expert at little expense.

Perfect Paintwork: BBS wheels look the part wherever they are, be it on the race track or out on the open road. Amongst other things, this is due to the surface finishi they are given in one of the world's most state-of-the-art paint shops, where the perfect finishing touch is meticulously added to the finished wheel.

Diamond Cutting: When a wheel is diamond cut, the surface is painted and then lathed using an incredibly sharp and precise diamond tool. This results in a very special and intensely iridesecent sparkle. |
