One-Piece: A one-piece BBS light alloy wheel combines the lightness of our special alloys and exceptional stability with no weak points. In order to guarantee that the materials and how they are processed live up to expectations, the solid-cast wheels undergo a whole host of production checks that start straight after the wheels are cast.

FEM Analysis: In developing all of our wheels, regardless of whether they are destined for motorsport environments or for use on the road, we weigh up the necessity of every single gram in order to maintain top stability. We use complex “finite-element method” computer simulations to identify any potential weight saving in the early development stages and to iron out possible weak points.

Diamond Cutting: When a wheel is diamond cut, the surface is painted and then lathed using an incredibly sharp and precise diamond tool. This results in a very special and intensely iridesecent sparkle. |
